Today’s topic: Resuspending and dissolving:

 
Resuspending and dissolving inside a peeler centrifuge is a feature, only possible in Krettek Backflushing Rotor Centrifuges.
Where-ever a solid product suspended in slurry needs not only mother liquids-removal but also resuspension or dissolving after mother liquids-removal the Krettek Separation Technology provides the best in class solution.
The unbeaten high g-forces in combination with the wide choice of filter media generates in first step the maximum possible dewatering.
In second step a resuspension- or dissolving-liquid is fed to the machine from Backflushing-Feeding and spray-nozzles. Since at the same time the filtrate-Skimmer is in home-position the cake can be resuspended or dissolved by a freely adjustable infinitesimal contact time, while keeping the g-force at an useful level.
The resuspended ore dissolved solids can be skimmed of by overflow-skimming-device while being feed continuously via backflushing-pipe.
Since all those steps are set once and controlled automatically from PLC the system can be freely optimized for each individual washing-system.
