Chute screw

When processing intense adhesive-acting solids particles it is necessary to assure the solids discharge by the use of a screw for the increase of the operational safety. While the well-known centrifuge designs are therefore equipped with a horizontal screw in the centrifuge door, by the Krettek design a so-called chute screw will be adapted into the existing chute inclined at a steep angle. Furthermore as a result an extremely fast and gentle solids discharge is assured. Furthermore it is characterized by its low variety of parts and the minimized contact surfaces. The cleaning is very easy because of the sloping design and so an almost total emptying is possible contrary to the well-known horizontal arranged screw designs. As a mater of course, the modular design of the Krettek centrifuge makes a later installation possible without any modification at the existing door and chute. So an extreme high process flexibility is given.
