Process flexibility

The semi-continuous mode of operation of the centrifuge system enables a maximum of process flexibility. Compared with the fully continuous systems our centrifuge technology permits an independent parameterisation of each process step as well as of the slurry preparation, too, without initiating a domino-effect.

Our classifying process, which is developed since decades, results in a centrifuge design which makes possible a variety of further processing versions, based on the same key concept, without modification of the real centrifuge system. Only by alteration of the program as well as the process parameters there is besides classifying for example the possibility for concentration, washing, polishing or also to split a bimodal, or even a trimodal distribution in the very same Krettek-machine.
